In which the solid contamination are separated from oil sample and  check the size & pastern  of wear particles through microscope. What is Condition Monitoring? Condition monitoring is Technique to predict health condition of rotary machinery/equipment's we can understand this by the comparison of human body health check-up Technic like we take blood sample,  temperature, X-ray, ECG, UCG etc.  in the same way we take the sample of lubricant oil for analysis , we take temperature of bearings, we take vibration reading ( FFT & TWF spectrum) , Ultrasonic testing etc.  The purpose of all these things is only to predict the condition of the machine and further. so that reliability of machine to be good. Next we will talking about how do the condition monitoring - The main part of condition monitoring are  Oil Analysis  Vibration Analysis Thermography
